PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated September 10, 2026
This Privacy Notice for Resave ("we," "us," or "our", referring to the operator of Resave), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
- Visit our website at https://resave.app or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events
Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. We are responsible for making decisions about how your personal information is processed. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at privacy@resave.app.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
This summary provides key points from our Privacy Notice, but you can find out more details about any of these topics by clicking the link following each key point or by using our table of contents below to find the section you are looking for.
- What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. Learn more about personal information you disclose to us.
- Do we process any sensitive personal information? Some of the information may be considered "special" or "sensitive" in certain jurisdictions. We do not process sensitive personal information.
- Do we collect any information from third parties? Only when you explicitly ask us to. If you use the Steam library import, we read the public games list of the Steam profile you give us through Valve's official Steam Web API. We never ask for your Steam password and we never sign in to your Steam account. Learn more about information we receive from other services.
- How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. Learn more about how we process your information.
- In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties. Learn more about when and with whom we share your personal information.
- How do we keep your information safe? We have adequate organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. Learn more about how we keep your information safe.
- Is my profile public? By default, yes. Your username, display name, avatar, library, ratings, reviews and activity are visible to anyone, including visitors who are not signed in, and public profiles are listed in our sitemap so search engines can index them. You can switch your profile to private at any time in your profile settings. Learn more about what is visible to other people.
- Can my data be accessed through technical means? Your email address is stored only in our authentication provider (Firebase Authentication). It is never written to our application database and is never exposed through our public data, so it cannot be looked up from your username or your public profile. Learn more about technical access and data storage.
- Is any of my data stored on my own device? Yes. While you are signed in, we keep a copy of your own library, notifications and profile — along with the public content you have viewed — in your browser's storage so the Services load faster and use less data. It is cleared when you sign out. Learn more about data stored on your device.
- What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information. Learn more about your privacy rights.
- How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by emailing us at privacy@resave.app. You can also review, correct or delete most of your information yourself from your profile settings, including deleting your account outright. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
- email addresses
- usernames
- passwords
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports sometimes called "crash dumps", and hardware settings).
- Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
- Location Data. We collect imprecise location data (such as your approximate country or region) derived from your IP address when you access the Services. We do not collect precise location data (such as GPS coordinates), and we do not request access to your device's location settings.
Information we receive from other services
In Short: If you choose to import your game library from Steam, we read the public games list of the Steam profile you give us. We never sign in to your Steam account and never receive your Steam password.
The Services include an optional Steam library import. It runs only when you start it, and only for the Steam profile you type in yourself. It does not connect your Resave account to your Steam account, and it does not run again on its own afterwards.
When you use it, you give us:
- a Steam profile identifier — a Steam profile URL, a 17-digit SteamID64, or a Steam vanity name.
We then send that identifier to Valve Corporation's official Steam Web API and receive back the information that the Steam profile makes publicly visible:
- the number of games on the profile,
- each game's Steam application ID and title, and
- the total playtime recorded for each game.
We do not use Steam sign-in and we never ask for, receive, or store your Steam password or any Steam credential. We only read data the profile already shows publicly: if the profile's "Game details" setting is not public, the import returns nothing at all. We do not read your Steam friends, your Steam messages, your purchase history, or your payment information, and we cannot make any change to your Steam account.
Playtime is used only while you are on the import screen, to suggest a starting status for each game (a game you have played is suggested as "Played", one you never launched as "To Play"). You can change every suggestion before importing. When you press Import, the only things written to your account are ordinary library entries — the game, its cover, and the status you chose. Your Steam identifier, your Steam playtime figures and your Steam games list are not saved to your Resave profile. See "How long do we keep your information?" for the short-lived technical copies this creates on our servers.
You should only import a library that is yours or that you have permission to import. If you enter someone else's Steam profile, you are asking us to read that person's publicly visible games list, and you are responsible for having the right to do so.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process the personal information for the following purposes listed below. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service, such as displaying your tracked games, reviews, and profile.
- To import a library you ask us to import. When you start the Steam library import, we process the Steam profile identifier you provide, and the public games list we receive for it, solely to match those games to our game database and show you a preview you can edit before anything is added to your account.
- To keep the community safe. We process reports you submit about other users, and the block list you create, to review content against our Terms of Service and to hide blocked users from each other.
- To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including for fraud monitoring and prevention and to protect the Services from abuse through rate limiting (which processes your IP address).
- To identify usage trends. We may process information about how you use our Services to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them, as described in Section 5 ("DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?").
- To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
- Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Learn more about withdrawing your consent.
- Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
- Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal information to diagnose problems and/or prevent fraudulent activities, and to keep our Services safe and secure (such as rate limiting to prevent abuse).
- Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
- Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including, for example: If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way; For investigations and fraud detection and prevention; For business transactions provided certain conditions are met; If it is contained in a witness statement and the collection is necessary to assess, process, or settle an insurance claim; For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin; If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse; If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province; If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records; If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced; If the collection is solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes; If the information is publicly available and is specified by the regulations; We may disclose de-identified information for approved research or statistics projects, subject to ethics oversight and confidentiality commitments.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Other users, and the public. This is the main way information about you is shared, because it is what the Services are for. Unless your profile is private, the following is visible to every other user and to visitors who are not signed in at all: your username, display name and avatar; the games in your library and the status you gave each one; your ratings, your reviews and your review likes; your Top 4; your activity feed entries; and who you follow and who follows you. Reviews you write are also shown on the page of the game they are about, next to your name and avatar.
- Search engines. Public profiles are listed in our sitemap and are not blocked from crawlers, so search engines such as Google may index your profile page and show it in results. Game pages, which carry reviews, are indexed the same way. We cannot remove a page from a search engine's index ourselves — once your profile is private or deleted the page stops being served, but the search engine has to re-crawl it before its copy disappears.
- Your control over this. Setting your profile to private in your profile settings removes it from the sitemap and hides your library and activity from other users. Deleting your account removes this content entirely, as described in Section 6.
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Service Providers. We share information with the following service providers (processors) who process it on our behalf to operate the Services:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, and Storage) — hosts your account credentials, tracked games, reviews, and uploaded avatars.
- Vercel — hosts the Services and provides anonymous usage analytics and performance monitoring.
- Twitch/IGDB — supplies game data and cover art displayed in the Services.
- Sentry — error monitoring only, to help us find and fix bugs. Session Replay and IP collection are disabled.
- Microsoft Clarity — analytics tool providing anonymized heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand how the Services are used. Loads only after you consent to analytics cookies.
- Upstash — provides rate-limiting to protect the Services from abuse; processes your IP address for this purpose.
- Termly — provides our cookie consent management tooling.
- Steam (Valve Corporation), when you start a library import. If you use the Steam library import, we send the Steam profile identifier you typed in to Valve's official Steam Web API in order to read that profile's public games list. Valve is not acting on our behalf here — it is an independent controller of the data it holds about Steam accounts, and its handling of the request is governed by the Steam Privacy Policy. We send no other information about you: not your Resave account, not your email address, not your username. Nothing is sent to Valve unless and until you start an import yourself.
Game store prices. Game pages may show the current price of a game at stores such as Steam and GOG. Those price lookups are made by our servers, not by your browser, and they contain no information about you — only the game being looked up and an approximate country (see "Location Data" above) so the price is shown in a sensible currency. The store links are ordinary links: nothing is shared with a store unless you click through to it, at which point that store's own terms and privacy policy apply. We currently earn no commission on these links.
YouTube (Google), when you play a trailer. Some game pages offer a trailer. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when the page opens — the still image you see beforehand is served by us, not by Google, and no request reaches YouTube until you press play. When you do press play, your browser connects to youtube-nocookie.com, Google's privacy-enhanced player, and Google receives your IP address, the address of the page you are on, and information about your device. Google may store data on your device relating to playback. Google is an independent controller for this, not a processor acting on our behalf, and its handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. If you would rather this never happened, simply do not press play — every other part of the game page works without it.
Donations. The Services are free. We link to our page on Ko-fi, a third-party donation platform, from our About page and occasionally from the home page. That is an ordinary link and nothing is shared with Ko-fi unless you click it. If you choose to donate, that transaction is between you and Ko-fi under its own terms and privacy policy; we never see or handle your payment details.
Reports about other users. A report you submit is confidential: it is readable only by us, and the reported user is not told who reported them.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We collect anonymous usage statistics via Vercel Analytics to improve the service. Alongside page views, this records a small number of anonymous events about which features get used — for example that a store link was followed, or that a donation prompt was shown or clicked. These events are not tied to your account and set no cookies.
We use Sentry for error monitoring to help us find and fix bugs. Sentry does not record session replays and does not store your IP address.
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our Services through anonymized heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity only runs after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie consent banner.
If you play a game trailer, Google's embedded YouTube player may store information on your device relating to playback. This is described under "YouTube (Google), when you play a trailer" in Section 4, and it happens only if you press play.
The Services do not serve advertising, and we do not use tracking technologies for advertising purposes.
Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Separately from our servers, a copy of your own data is cached in your browser while you are signed in. That copy is kept only for the duration of your signed-in session and is cleared when you sign out. See "Data stored on your device".
Steam library import. Running an import creates two short-lived technical copies on our servers, so that retrying or re-running it within a few minutes does not hammer Valve's API: the games list we received is held in the memory of the server that handled your request for up to 10 minutes, keyed by the Steam ID, and a Steam vanity name is remembered alongside the SteamID64 it resolves to for the lifetime of that server process. Neither copy is written to our database, neither is linked to your Resave account, and both disappear on their own. We also keep a purely technical lookup table that maps a Steam application ID to the corresponding entry in our game database (for example, "Steam app 570" = "Dota 2"), with each entry refreshed if it is more than 30 days old. That table is the same for every user, contains no information about any person, and exists so repeat imports of common games need no further calls to Valve. Beyond that, the games you actually chose to import are kept exactly like any other game you add by hand, and are deleted with your account.
Reports. Reports you submit about other users are kept for as long as we need them to review the report, to act on it, and to recognise repeated behaviour by the same account — and no longer. Because a report is a record about someone else's conduct as well as your own, deleting your account does not automatically erase reports you have filed. Records of the moderation decisions themselves may be kept longer in anonymised form.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. TECHNICAL ACCESS AND DATA STORAGE
In Short: Your email address is stored only in our authentication provider, not in our application database, and is never exposed through our public data. While you are signed in, a copy of your data is cached in your browser to make the Services faster, and is cleared when you sign out.
Your email address is used solely to authenticate you and is stored only in Google Firebase Authentication, our identity provider. It is not written to our application database (Firestore) and is not part of any profile, review, activity entry or other record the Services publish, so it cannot be read back out of the app's public data — nobody can look up your email address from your username or your public profile. Your own browser can of course see your own email address while you are signed in, because that is what you signed in with. Other account data you provide—such as your username, display name, and avatar—is stored in our application database and is used to operate the Services as described in this notice.
We implement technical and organizational measures, including access-control rules on our database, to restrict access to your personal information to what is necessary to operate the Services. Unauthorized access to or use of our systems or data would violate applicable law and our terms of service.
Data stored on your device
In Short: While you are signed in, we keep a working copy of your own data — and of the public content you have looked at — in your browser so the Services load faster and use less data. It is cleared when you sign out, and it is never used for tracking or advertising.
When you are signed in, our database provider (Google Firebase) stores a local cache in your browser, using a standard browser storage technology called IndexedDB. This is a performance and reliability feature, not a tracking one: it lets a page you have already visited load without downloading the same information again, and it lets parts of the Services keep working during a brief loss of connection.
The cache can contain:
- your tracked games and the details you have added to them, such as status, rating, review text, platforms, and the dates you added or updated them
- your notifications, including the display name and avatar of the person who followed you or liked your review
- your own profile record, such as your username, display name, avatar, and privacy setting
- the list of accounts you follow, the accounts that follow you, and the accounts you have blocked
- public content you have viewed in the Services, which is about other people rather than about you: the reviews and activity entries shown to you, and the username, display name and avatar attached to each of them. This is the same information those users publish on their profiles, and it is cached for the same reason — so a page you have already opened does not have to download it again.
- publicly visible game information that is the same for everyone, such as community rating statistics and estimated playtimes
- any change you have made that has not yet reached our servers, so it is not lost if your connection drops
The size depends on how many games you track: a few hundred kilobytes for a typical library, and a few megabytes for a very large one. Your password is never stored in this cache. Your email address is never stored in it either, for the reasons described above.
We also keep a handful of very small preference values in your browser's local and session storage, so the Services remember trivial things between page loads: whether you have dismissed the "getting started" card, whether you have dismissed the donation prompt on the home page and when, a marker noting that the donation prompt has already been shown once in this browsing session, a one-off marker telling the app to clear the cache above after you sign out, and the approximate country used to show game prices in the right currency. These hold no personal details, are not shared with anyone, and are not used to recognise you across other websites.
The cache is cleared when you sign out, and when you delete your account. It is also removed if you clear your browsing data, or use your browser's "clear site data" or "forget this site" controls, or browse in a private/incognito window. Simply closing the tab does not clear it, so if you are using a shared or public computer, sign out when you are finished rather than just closing the window.
Storing this data on your device is strictly necessary to provide the Services you have asked for, so it does not depend on your cookie consent choices. It is separate from the analytics technologies described in Section 5, which do require your consent and are never stored in this cache. Signing you in also stores a session token in your browser, which is listed as a strictly necessary item in our Cookie Notice.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 14 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 14 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 14 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 14 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 14 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, please contact us at privacy@resave.app.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. If a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a simple way to request human review. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.
We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority.
If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can: Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at privacy@resave.app.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. More information is provided below.
